Being the next iteration in the MAPS 4 / Adroit 10 LTS lifecycle this release focuses more on performance and stability enhancements that anything else.
This is not to say that usability improvements are ignored and several improvements were indeed made on that particularly where it relates to graphic design and configuration.
This includes improvements to editing and deployment of wizards; numerous improvements in charting; translation fixes;
More generally there have been performance improvements in retrieving historical data from datalogs; improvements to the OLE DB datasource to prevent redundant queries from being executed in the background unnecessarily.
Several improvements were made to the underlying cluster architecture including Improved status resolution when switching Master / Standby rolls in a cluster as well as performance improvements in shadowing updates between cluster partners.
Security improvements such as better group membership resolution when using domain prefixed users thus resolving certain mismatches as in applying incorrect profiles for example.
Improvements to Smart Data Services with regards to datalog retrieval including resolving an issue where valid data may be missing from the retrieved data when considering different time zones between clients and servers.
