Junior Data Scientist

About Us:

Adroit Technologies is a leading SCADA software house specializing in industrial automation solutions. Our Digital Services department is growing, and we’re looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Junior Data Scientist with 1-2 years of experience who is eager to learn and grow. You will be responsible for executing data science projects and developing machine learning models that leverage industrial automation data to deliver actionable insights and innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of machine learning models for industrial applications.
• Assist in analysing datasets to uncover insights.
• Collaborate with team members to implement and test models.
• Manage, cleanse, and label data using SQL for master data management.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in data science and machine learning.
• Proficient in Python, R, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools. (e.g., Pandas, Matplotlib).
• Understanding of scripting and programming languages is a plus.

Salary R22 000 – R30 000 p/m
